These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Command Center application (the "Service"), an internal business operations tool owned and operated by Huddle Web Works ("Huddle Web Works," "we," "us," or "our") for managing marketing services delivered to its clients. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Command Center is an internal tool built for Huddle Web Works and its authorized personnel. It is not a public or consumer-facing product and is not offered for sale, license, or use by the general public. Access is restricted to individuals authorized by Huddle Web Works, and the Service may be used only for legitimate business purposes related to Huddle Web Works' delivery of marketing services to its clients.
Access to the Service requires authentication issued or approved by Huddle Web Works. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials issued to you and for all activity that occurs under your account. Huddle Web Works may suspend or revoke access at any time, with or without notice, including upon termination of an individual's relationship with Huddle Web Works.
In the course of providing services, the Command Center accesses and processes data belonging to Huddle Web Works' clients, including data made available through Google APIs and other connected third-party services (see our Privacy Policy for details on how this data is collected and used). This data remains subject to the terms of the applicable client agreement between Huddle Web Works and the client, and is used solely to deliver the services contracted for.
The Command Center, including its software, design, and underlying technology, is the property of Huddle Web Works. Client-owned content and data accessed through the Service remain the property of the respective client. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any client data or materials to Huddle Web Works beyond what is necessary to deliver contracted services.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable law, to access data you are not authorized to access, to circumvent any security or access control, or to introduce malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service's operation.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Huddle Web Works does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate, including data pulled from connected third-party APIs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Huddle Web Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity, arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Huddle Web Works may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any individual's access to it, at any time and for any reason, including for maintenance, security, or business reasons.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
