This Privacy Policy describes how Huddle Web Works ("Huddle Web Works," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information within the Command Center application (the "Service"), an internal business operations tool used by Huddle Web Works to manage marketing services on behalf of its clients.
The Command Center is an internal tool. It is not a consumer product, is not made available to the general public, and is used only by authorized Huddle Web Works personnel.
The Command Center connects to Google APIs and other third-party services on behalf of Huddle Web Works clients, using credentials authorized directly by Huddle Web Works or its clients. Depending on the service being delivered to a given client, this may include:
We also collect standard account information for authorized Huddle Web Works staff (name, email, login credentials) and business information provided directly by clients (business name, address, contact details, services offered, and similar operational data) for the purpose of delivering marketing services.
Information accessed through Google APIs and other connected services is used exclusively to provide marketing services to the client to whom that data belongs -- including performance reporting, campaign management, local SEO and rank tracking, review and reputation monitoring, content generation, and related internal analysis. This data is used internally by Huddle Web Works and is not used for any purpose unrelated to delivering the services a client has engaged us for.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not sell client data or Google API data to third parties. Data may be shared with a limited set of infrastructure and processing providers strictly as needed to operate the Command Center -- for example, database hosting, application hosting, and AI-assisted analysis or content generation used to produce reports and marketing materials on a client's behalf. These providers are bound to use data only to provide services to Huddle Web Works and not for their own independent purposes.
We do not share data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes unrelated to the client engagement it was collected for.
We retain client data and connected-account data for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver ongoing services to that client and to maintain historical performance records requested by the client. When a client relationship ends, access tokens for that client's connected accounts are revoked, and associated data is retained only as needed for legitimate business, legal, or record-keeping purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect information handled by the Command Center, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit, access controls limiting the Service to authorized Huddle Web Works personnel, and time-limited authentication sessions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Command Center is an internal business tool and is not directed at, nor knowingly used by, individuals under the age of 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
